Vents
All of our vents are made from 24 gauge galvanized steel. Our frames are solid welded 16 gauge galvanized steel. We use a Pittsburgh joint on the seams, screws to attach the frames, and rivet the ¾ by ¾ inch screen in place. We have many sizes available. Our j 59 vents are for application higher on the roof sheet. J 10-12 vents are for narrow ribbed sheets. J-15 vents are the most common for all application. J-18 vents were made for Sukup Mfg. we laid the screen down for our normal vent look. J-21 vents were made for replacing hatch vents. Our round vents are also for capping roof hatches. We have 16” 19” 19.5” 22” and 24”.
Aeration Transitions
We have flat (no rise) and our 6” rise transitions. We also have the old M.F.S. flush floor. We have a u-5-34-22, which is a 5x34 inch entrance collar with the 22” backplate. We can make the old Neco transitions.
Axial Transitions
Available in sizes 18” 10x34. 24”, 28”. We have these in 10x52 or 12x52
Universal Transitions
We have transitions with a 12x44, 12x48, 12x52 for up to a 10hp centrifugal. We have 12x72 for up to 20hp cintrifugals. We have 12x87 for 30 to 50 hp.
Custom and Specialty Transitions
Being around for 50 years we’ve made about everything for every bin manufacturer. We have the old Stormor, M.F.S., Monarch, Neco, Chief, York, Brock, Superior, Sukup, and GSI.
